How many individuals do you know who will state that their lives are optimal? If you look around, you mightiness think that happiness has ceased to exist. However, if you want to make your life optimal, you have to take things in your own hands. You have to forge your own life.

Many individuals speak about their problems in life. As a matter of fact, this is one of the hottest topics of conversations. It doesn’t actually matter where you meet somebody; all it takes is a friendly smile to start pouring out your life’s sufferings to them. Everybody does the same. The result is that no one genuinely knows how happy one is. Since everybody is discussing their miseries, it does seem that no one around is leading an optimal life.

This is where the trouble lies. We think that the term ‘optimal life’ should have a definition. We believe that we should be able to nail down someone’s life entirely and say, “Ah, now his is an optimal life!” But it doesn’t happen that way, does it? You may think that somebody with a lot of money or somebody with a beautiful wife must have an optimal life. But when you get to know them, you begin to discover the great big troubles that lie behind this exterior façade of theirs and you realize that their life isn’t all that great as you thought it to be.

The universal notion all across the planet is that you have an optimal life if you have everything. But, it is not what you have that matters; it’s how happy you are able to be with whatever you have. A person earning just $500 a month has an optimal life if he can subsist wonderfully with that and can save too. But even a millionaire isn’t living optimally if his debts far outstrip his earnings. So, you see, optimal living is not only about money.

Health is a very crucial facet of human life. It’s very true to say that if health is forgotten, everything is lost. Hence, when we talk about optimal living, this is the beginning point that we need to undertake. If you give it a thought, wealth is an effect of good health, not otherwise. Only when you are healthy can you perform well and earn a better income.

There’s an old saying that says a man is only as happy as his family is, and it is true even today. It’s important to note that people who are closer to their families are happier.

If you are reaching for optimal living, you would find it very difficult to do it without incorporating three essential elements in your life- good food, great fun and exercise.

Do you go to bed every night afraid about waking up tomorrow? Or do you go to bed, totally relaxed and with a grin on your face, excited to wake up in the morning and face the new day? This is the principal indicator of how optimal your life is.

Living an optimal life is entirely in your hands. You have to shape it in such a way that it gives you what you are looking for. You have to take care of it by learning all you can.

Do you invest $100 dollars a month in the stock market? Do you put away $10 dollars a week toward your dream car? Do you work overtime to earn $50 dollars extra for that Hawaiian vacation? Do you do all of these things and really never invest anything in your most important asset… yourself?

We all have different priorities when it comes to our income and money. We read about how to handle and invest our finances; we think of how to make more money. But how many of us take the time to ponder our investments in ourselves?

Take time, for instance. That is, if you have a couple of seconds. Imagine you dream about composing a book. “I just don’t have the time!” you cry out. But what if you resolve that investing time in that project is a priority? Could you create an hour a day towards that goal and invest it in your book?

Or, what if your goal is to slim down and step-up strength? “I really need to cut down a few pounds and substitute them with muscles,” you mumble every time you look in the mirror. You ponder joining a gym, or coming together with a nutritionist and personal fitness trainer, but deliberate about whether it’s worth it. Well, ask yourself whether your health is worth it. Ask yourself whether how you feel about yourself is worth it. Ask yourself what monetary value you put on your mental and physical well-being.

Get proactive about making regular deposits in your “life bank”. By developing sufficiently, your positive actions will develop these investments. You’ll be in a position to make a withdrawal and still have reserves to draw on.

What areas of your life do you need to invest in? What areas of your life have you been ignoring? Once you have identified problem areas, ask yourself, “What will it take for me to make positive changes?”

The ability to prepare, adjust and change is vital in today’s business world. Being set up and ready for change will help you succeed. Making the essential investments in yourself, being set up and having plenty of resources to draw on increases your ability to handle change.

Some day in the not so far future, you will look back at the present moment and wish you had been shrewder in your money management. Instead of looking back in anger, look forward with hope today and spruce up your money management for the future.

To a large extent, we allow things and situations to rule over us. How many times in life do we tell, “This situation is beyond me! I cannot do anything about it.”? We do that a lot. Each time that we do that, we are yielding the control of our lives to the situations that are governing us. We do not think even one bit in the way that the Law of Attraction suggests us to do and this is important for a millionaire mindset.

And what is that way?

Quite simply put, that way is to think as though we rule the circumstances. The fact is that these circumstances are much in our hands. It is up to us to create situations that are conducive for our development, and not the other way round it.

It is actually very important to point out that the Law of Attraction isn’t simply about money. It’s a very general law which can be applied to every facet of our lives. This is a law that helps to enrich ourselves as individuals, not just financial entities. However, we’re endeavoring to see how we can apply the Law of Attraction as it pertains to the millionaire mindset.

You need to think subjectively. Don’t think about the money itself, but think about what you must do in order to bring the money to you. Thinking about the quality of your product, for example, is a beautiful step in this regard. When you do that, you are actually improving the sales potential of your product and hence you are bringing in the money.

So, if you are planning on becoming rich through the millionaire mindset, the important thing for you is to get all the info you can, believe and then act. Without doing all of these, nothing is going to fall into place.
